At the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, catalysis is dealt with by the Thermal Processes and Gas Cleaning research group at the Institute of Process Engineering. Catalysis is addressed in the field of flue gas and industrial waste gas cleaning. Our in-house design and implementation of experimental pilot reactors at the NETME Science Centre enables experimental measurements on a pilot scale approaching real industrial deployment.
